- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Provide information about our services and offerings.
- Manage and organize appointments and reservations.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
- Utilize air hostess training to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Completion of air hostess training program (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
