1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Metamorph Academy website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in any course or programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. About our services

Metamorph Academy is a creative-technology and vocational training institute based in Sector 34-A, Chandigarh, India, offering courses in AI, animation, VFX, filmmaking, video editing, game design, digital content creation, digital marketing, design, photography, fashion and beauty, delivered on-campus and online.

3. Enquiries & admissions

• Course details, durations, fees, batch schedules and eligibility shared during enquiries are indicative and subject to change.
• Admission is confirmed only upon completion of the applicable enrolment process and payment as communicated by our admissions team.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any admission at our discretion.

4. Fees & payments

• Fees, payment schedules, instalment options and any scholarships or discounts are as communicated at the time of admission.
• Unless expressly stated in writing, fees paid are non-transferable. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the refund terms provided at the time of enrolment.
• Taxes (such as GST) apply as per prevailing government rates where applicable.

5. Course delivery & changes

We aim to deliver courses as described. However, we may modify curriculum, software, tools, faculty, schedules, delivery mode (classroom or online) or batch timings where reasonably necessary, without reducing the overall value of the programme.

6. Certifications & outcomes

Certificates and, where applicable, degree pathways are awarded on successful completion of course requirements. While we provide placement assistance, portfolio and showreel development and career guidance, we do not guarantee employment, specific salaries or any particular career outcome, as these depend on individual performance, effort, portfolio quality and market conditions.

7. Student conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct, respect faculty, peers, equipment and studio facilities, and comply with institute policies. We reserve the right to take disciplinary action, including suspension, for misconduct.

8. Intellectual property

All website content, course materials, curriculum, branding and logos are the property of Metamorph Academy or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission. Student work created during courses may be used by the institute for portfolio, promotional or educational purposes unless otherwise agreed.

9. Third-party tools & software

Courses reference third-party software and AI tools (such as Adobe, Autodesk, Unreal Engine, Runway and others). These are owned by their respective providers and are subject to their own licences and terms. We are not responsible for third-party tools, pricing or availability.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metamorph Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.

11. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
